To be honest, this isn't really strip high card, at least not in the traditional sense. Rather than lose a piece of clothing with each losing round, the girls just play one single round: everybody draws a card, and whoever has the lowest card loses the game. And the penalty? She has to go outside naked except for a robe, and then open her robe for the camera and anyone who happens to be passing by. No fakery here... we were really outside, at a residential hotel with doors all around us, and the loser was very, very nervous about possibly being seen. Not a whole lot of nudity in this one, but what there is... yowza.
