Nicole Pearl is the receptionist for a sex addict therapist. She always behaves with the patients as she loves her job. But that all changed when Dean Van Damme walked in with his muscles and tats. She does all she can to get him to relapse, and for a sex addict, that is not that hard. Dean gets hard and bangs the shit out of her right there on her receptionist desk.
