Let's play doctor! Surely the man in the white lab coat is no real doctor. Not with all the procedures he uses on his "patient." It's hard to believe those overflowing bazooms of hers are real, either, but who cares if they're "enhanced" -- their size is literally awesome. The exam she endures is guaranteed to produce thrills in her, the doctor...and you.
