This was the first time Kev Inspiring is tied down and tickled and unable to get away! "I'm higher than a five but I think less than a nine!" Insert my tickling fingers onto his sides and belly. "OK! OK! I'M A TEN!! I TAKE IT BACK!!" Kev is incredibly ticklish and lets out some amazing fits of laughter as I work his entire body! And this is all before I even get my tools out!
