You don't always need to tie someone down to make them feel more sensitive. Sometimes you just have to take away some of their senses. With a blindfold and noise canceling headphones, Scruffy learned very quickly that his ticklishness is greatly increased while in a state like that. Not that I'm complaining! I love making him squirm!
