Alice Paradise wants to stay fit, strong, and slim at the same time. The task turns out to be so hard for her that she even feels despondent. Luckily, the idea of asking a private coach for help comes to mind. An experienced trainer promises to help her achieve the goal as quickly as possible. He shows Alice Paradise a couple of exercises and even helps her do some of them for a start. While working out, the couch gets excited and seduces Alice Paradise into doing something pleasant that would help her stay fit.
